ジュエリーの性質上、柔らかく傷がつきやすい為、個別のケースやチャック付きの袋に入れ、湿気の少ない場所で保管してください。
TEN.のアイテムは末永く使い続けて頂きたいという想いからSILVER925・K18を使用しております。
長くご愛用して頂き、後の経年変化をお楽しみください。

正規品証明書の発行された商品でご購入から1週間以内に商品不備による破損が発生した場合は返品交換を承っております。
正規品証明書、レシートと一緒にご購入店舗までご提示ください。ご来店が難しい場合、お客様相談室にご相談ください。
交換に関しましては、在庫欠品の場合交換までにお時間をいただく事がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、以下の場合は保証期間内であっても返品交換致し兼ねますのでご了承ください。

お客様による修理、改造（サイズ直しや、刻印）等が施された商品。
改ざんの見られる正規品証明書。
初期不良以外での不良（強い力で引っ張った、引っ掛けてちぎれた、踏んで変形した）等お客様都合で発生した不良。
温泉や海水等での着用で発生した変色も返品交換対象外とさせて頂きます。
レシート、正規証明書のどちらも紛失された場合。
付属品（BOX・巾着）を紛失、破損した場合、汚損した商品、セール品や福袋等のお値引き価格で販売した商品。
商品使用後の傷や破損。

SILVER925は柔らかく、大変傷の付きやすい素材となっております。
使用していくうちに出来る傷も風合いとしてお楽しみ頂きたいので、使用後の細かい傷やくすみでの返品交換は対象外とさせて頂きます。

修理に関しては送料、修理代をお客様にご負担いただき有料で承らせて頂きます。

SILVER925は柔らかい素材になりますので無理に力を加えると破損や変形の原因となりますのでご注意下さい。
汗、皮脂等が付着していると黒ずみや変色の原因となりますのでご使用後はシルバークロス、　もしくは柔らかい布でお手入れして下さい。
入浴、海、プール、温泉等の際は外し、濡れた際はすぐに乾いた柔らかい布などで拭き取ってください。

18KGP製品はSILVER925にゴールドコーティングをしている為、ぶつけたり擦れたりするとその部分だけが剥がれることがあります。
金属アレルギーを起こしやすいニッケルは使用しておりませんが、アレルギーを引き起こす成分には個人差がございますので
ご使用前に医療機関によるパッチテストをお勧めします。
汗、皮脂等が付着していると黒ずみや変色の原因となりますのでご使用後はクロス、もしくは柔らかい布でお手入れして下さい。
シルバー同様、入浴、海、プール、温泉等の際は外してください。
濡れた際はすぐに乾いた柔らかい布などで拭き取ってください。
ゴールドプレーティングは薄くなってくることを前提に厚めにコーティングしています。経年変化をお楽しみください。

注意： 研磨剤の含まれた布、シルバークロスは使用しないで下さい。表面のコーティングが剥がれる可能性がございます。
　　ゴールドプレーティングの色落ち等が気になられる方は有料で再度コーティングのかけ直しを承っております。

K18は繊細で硬いものなどに当たり衝撃を加えるだけで傷ついてしまいます。
日常生活の中での摩擦や引っ掛かり、些細な衝撃もジュエリーの破損や傷の原因になりますのでご注意ください。
ジュエリー同士がぶつかり合わないように、小袋や箱の仕切りを使用し、一つずつ保管して頂くようお願い致します。
ジュエリーは塩素や硫黄に弱い為、地金が変色してしまうことがあります。
また日常での化粧品・クリーム・ヘアスプレー・香水などの油分、水仕事・入浴・プール等の水分、
ほこり・汗・石鹸・湯垢などの汚れ、上記の油分・水気・汚れが付着したり、帯びた状態での放置は
変色や輝きを曇らせてしまう原因となります。
ジュエリーは身に着けるものなので、大切に扱っていても汗や皮脂などの日常の異物にも影響を受けてしまいます。
身に着ける際は、メイクやヘアセットが出来上がったお出かけ直前に着用していただく事をお勧め致します。
ジュエリーの変色を防ぐ為にも、保管時には直射日光を避けてください。
小分けにしたジュエリーはふた付きのケースにしまい、直射日光が当たらない場所に保管してください。
ただし、ジュエリーは湿気が多い場所にしまい込んでしまうと、劣化してしまう恐れもあります。
定期的にケースから出してメンテナンスをして頂くようにお願い致します。
ジュエリーの着脱時には、付着した汗や皮脂、ほこりを柔らかい布で優しく拭いてあげてください。
K18シリーズは研磨剤が入っていないTEN.のオリジナルジュエリークロスにて磨いていただき、
汚れが気になる場合はジュエリークリーナーでお手入れしていただくことをお勧めしております。

素材はガラスを特殊加工した繊細なお品物となっております。
激しい衝撃や、落下等でガラス箇所の破損が生じる場合がございます。その為、お取り扱いには十分にご注意ください。
また、ガラス箇所は劣化や傷の原因となる為、研磨剤入りのクロス・クリーナーのご使用はお控えください。
柔らかい布で優しくお手入れをお願いします。

革製品は、水に濡れると縮み・硬化・カビの原因になります。
暖房器具やドライヤー、アイロンなどで乾かすと硬くなったり、縮みの原因となります。
万一濡れてしまったら、乾いたタオルでたたいて水気を取り陰干しした後、専用クリームで油分を補ってください。
革は染色が難しい為、色落ちしやすい素材です。淡色の衣服との組み合わせは摩擦などにより色が移ることがあります。
また、日光や蛍光灯の光にご注意ください。長時間あたっていると、色あせすることがあります。
革は呼吸しておりますので、なるべく密封しない状態で保管をするか定期的に風通しの良い場所で陰干しすることをおすすめします。

セラミックシリーズは一点一点、手作業で制作しております。
焼き物特有の多少の色むらや若干の個体差が生じますこと、予めご了承いただき、風合いをお楽しみください。
また、強い衝撃を与えたりアクセサリーの上に重いもの等を重ねますと、ヒビや欠け、破損の原因となりますのでご注意下さい。


※金属部分はSILVER925素材のため時間の経過に伴い変色いたします。
　　お手入れしてして頂き、風合いの変化と共にあなただけの表情を末永くお楽しみください。
　　シルバー部分に関してはシルバー使用方法を別途ご覧くださいませ。

TEN.のネックレスやブレスレットは、とても繊細でデリケートな素材となっております。
ねじれや折れが生じてしまうとチェーンが切れる原因になりますので、優しくお取り扱いいただきますようお願い致します。
ご使用後は、専用のクロス、専用のクリーナーをご使用ください。

ポスト部分もSILVER925を使用しており、細くなっている為
素材の性質上着用していくうちに緩くなったり変形してしまう場合がございます。
その際にはポスト部分を指で優しく押し上げて元の位置に戻していただけるとカチッと留めることが出来ます。
無理に力を入れすぎず優しくお取扱い頂きますようお願い致します。

チェーンの性質上、汗や皮脂に反応し黒ずみや変色の原因となります。
着用後はこまめにお手入れすることをお勧め致します。
SILVER925製品はシルバークロス、18KGP製品は柔らかい布で優しく拭きとって湿気の少ない場所で保管してください。
また、黒ずみが気になる場合はシルバークリーナーやゴールドコーティング対応のクリーナーをご使用ください。
温泉、海水、ゴム製品や、香水、化粧品などは成分により化学反応を起こし、変色する場合がございますので
それらに触れないようにご注意ください。
スネークチェーンは繊細な作りになっておりますので優しくお取り扱いください。

18k coating is applied on the material of SILVER925.
The coating may peel off with use.
Gently wipe 18kgp with a cloth such as silk or gold cleaner.
Same as silver, if you touch sweat, sebum, hot springs, seawater, rubber products, perfumes, or cosmetics,
it will cause a chemical reaction and discolor, so be careful not to touch them.

K18 is very delicate that will be damaged just by hitting from hard object or applying an impact.
Please note that rubbing, catching, and even minor impacts in your daily life
can cause damage or scratches on your jewelry.
Please use a pouch or box partition and store them one by one so that the jewelry does not collide with each other.

Jewelery is vulnerable to chlorine and sulfur, so the bullion may discolor.
In addition, daily cosmetics, creams, hair sprays, perfumes and other oils, water work, bathing, pool water,
dust, sweat, soap, scale Dirt such as, the above oil, moisture, dirt adheres, or leaving it in a tinged state may cause
discoloration or clouding of shine.
Jewelery is something you wear, so even if you treat it carefully, it will be affected by everyday foreign substances
such as sweat and sebum.
When you wear it, we recommend that you wear it just before going out after the makeup and hair set are completed.

To prevent discoloration of the jewelry, avoid direct sunlight during storage.
Store the small pieces of jewelry in a case with a lid and store them out of direct sunlight.
However, jewelery can deteriorate if stored in a damp place.
Please take it out of the case and perform maintenance on a regular basis.

When putting on and taking off jewelry, gently wipe off any sweat, sebum, or dust with a soft cloth.
we recommend that the K18 series should be polished with TEN.'S original jewelry cloth
that does not contain abrasives.
If you are concerned about dirt, please clean it with a jewelry cleaner.

This is a delicate product made by specially processing glass.
So please handle it gently.
It may be damaged by a strong impact or drop.

TEN. Necklaces and bracelets are made of very delicate and delicate materials.
