Notice of point integration • How to use points: Points can be used at both stores and online. 1 point = 1 yen.
• Membership registration benefits: Receive 500 points upon registration. Additionally, if you register between July 1st and July 15th, you will receive 1,000 points.
How to use points at stores
1. Points: When making a purchase, register as a member on the online site and present the QR code on your membership page. The points earned at the time of purchase can be used from your next purchase onwards.
2. Using points: Accumulated points can be used at other stores. When using points, please tell the staff how many points you would like to use.
*At Isetan Shinjuku store only, points cannot be used at the time of purchase (points can be awarded).
3. Points will be awarded after membership registration: If you are unable to register as a member at the time of purchase, you can register at a later date using the QR code printed on your receipt.
The QR code is valid for 30 days.
*Isetan Shinjuku store is not eligible, so please register at the time of purchase.
With the introduction of shared points, LINE Points will no longer be awarded at stores as of February 28, 2025. Thank you for your understanding.
Member Benefits • Points: Earn 1 point for every 110 yen (tax included). Benefits increase depending on your membership level. Click here for details.
• Point expiration date: Points expire one year from the date of purchase.
Birthday Points: You will receive birthday points from TEN. during your birthday month. The amount of points will vary depending on your membership level.
• Example: If your birthday is in February
If you have already registered as a member by February 1st, you will receive points valid for 30 days on February 1st.
o If you register as a member during February, you will receive points valid for 30 days the day after registration. *The points are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
