■Job Description
・Customer service and sales, including coordination suggestions
・Sales management and reporting
・Cash register operations and general accounting duties
・Planning and implementation of product displays and in-store layouts
・Customer information management and follow-up
・Staff training/management

■Conditions:
・Monthly salary starting from 250,000 JPY
*Negotiable depending on experience
*Includes 30 hours of estimated overtime
*3-month probationary period
*Commuting allowance up to 20,000 JPY/month

■Working Hours:
・7 hours of actual work, 1.5 hours of break
　Early shift 9:30~18:00, Mid-shift 11:00~19:30, Late shift 12:00~20:30
・9 days off per month (shift consultation possible)

■Leave:
・Paid leave/Maternity leave/Childcare leave

■Recruitment Process

STEP1 Document Screening
We will conduct a document screening based on the application data you submit.

An interview with the department manager will be conducted.

STEP3 Second Interview Selection
An interview with the representative director will be conducted.
↓
STEP3 Job Offer
The period from application to job offer is expected to be approximately one month.
